This LINC Blended
Learning module involves an in person classroom environment combined with
self-study online. Blended Learning classes might be the right fit for students
who are are looking for LINC classes, but are working or have less time to
attend in person.
In our LINC Blended Learning classes you will complete a learning assignment in an on-line environment. On-line tasks and activities support the same topics covered in the classroom. Students will also be provided listening or reading texts to listen to or read in the computer lab. When they next meet in the classroom, students can discuss, write, present, or answer questions collaboratively.
Our first blended learning class will focus on Technology in the Classroom. At the end of this class, students will be able to: set up a profile on Edulinc; understand how to interact with the forums, announcements, calendar, contact and events blocks; express their opinion of blended learning vs the traditional classroom.
Our second blended learning class will show how a SCORM works. At the end of this class, students will be able to: Know what a SCORM is, complete a SCORM activity on Interacting With Others, complete a poll to express how they feel about learning online.
